What We Do

Technical claims services across every major line.

From a single motor survey to a complex multi-party industrial loss, our work is organised around two lines of business and delivered by discipline specialists.

Loss Adjusting

Independent assessment of commercial and consumer losses – property, engineering, marine, liability and fidelity guarantee – including inspection, quantification and settlement recommendation.

Claims Investigation

Site inspection, evidence gathering and validation to establish how a loss occurred, whether it falls within cover, and whether the claim is supported by the facts.

Engineering Services

Technical assessment of machinery breakdown, construction and contractors’ all-risk losses, including cause-of-loss analysis and repair-versus-replacement determination.

Marine Surveying

Cargo, hull and marine liability survey across transit damage, general average and port incidents.

Motor Claims

Motor survey, market valuation, technical report and investigation report — the verified consumer-lines service set, delivered at volume with fast turnaround.

Pre-Risk Inspection

Physical inspection to assess the nature of a risk and the measures in place to protect it, with written recommendations, commissioned before cover incepts.

Working With Us

From assignment to report.

Claims work is bought on certainty. Here is exactly what happens once an insurer assigns us a claim.

Claims assessment in progress

01 · Assignment

The insurer’s claims team sends the loss adjusting assignment to our Claims Admin by email, together with the required documents – incident report, policy schedule, and the contact details of the parties involved.

Marine survey

02 · Acknowledgment & Referral

We confirm receipt within one business day, providing the assigned surveyor’s name and contact details, the expected survey timing, and any further documents required.

Construction site inspection

03 · Coverage & Loss Verification

Within one business day our surveyor reviews the policy and claim documents, contacts the relevant parties to confirm the circumstances and liability, and flags any fraud indicators for investigation.

Construction site inspection

04 · Final Assessment & Reporting

Once eligibility is confirmed and the survey is complete, the loss adjusting report – including repair estimates and, where relevant, market or salvage value – is submitted via the insurer’s claims management system.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you respond to a new claim?

Assignments are acknowledged on receipt and an adjuster is assigned the same working day. For urgent or deteriorating losses, attendance is arranged on a priority basis.

Which territories do you cover?

Our licensed operations cover the United Arab Emirates. Through the wider Braxtone Group we can coordinate support in Bahrain and Oman where a loss crosses borders.

Which classes of claim do you handle?

Motor, property, engineering, construction, marine and liability, including fidelity guarantee. Each line is handled by a specialist adjuster rather than a generalist.

How do I appoint Braxtone Claims?

Claims are received from the insurer’s claims team by email to claims@braxtone.com, together with the assignment documents. We confirm receipt, assign a surveyor and issue a file reference within one business day.

Do you carry out pre-risk inspections as well as claims work?

Yes. Pre-risk inspection assesses the nature of a risk and the measures in place to protect it, with written recommendations — commissioned before cover incepts rather than after a loss.

How can I track the progress of a claim?

Progress is communicated directly to the assigned insurer’s claims team — by email at each stage (acknowledgment, survey scheduling, report submission), by phone with the assigned surveyor, and through the insurer’s own claims management system where applicable. This is an insurer-facing process: individual policyholders do not track claims directly with us, since we work on assignment from the insurance company.

Is there an online portal for submitting claims?

Not at this stage. Claims are always received from insurance companies via email assignment, not submitted online by individual customers. Policyholders can follow up on the status of a claim already registered by their insurer by contacting us directly.

Have a claim that needs a specialist?

Send us the assignment and we will confirm the adjuster the same working day.
